Lizzie Scott, a ceramicist and painter, earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Florida. Focusing on the rawness of clay and the precision of painting, she creates functional objects with creative illustrations. Her artwork centers around nature, animals, and fungi. She incorporates what she studies into her craft as a form of education as well as joy. Her work- often playful, leads us to question our relationship with objects, and feel more connected with nature.
